Yes, you may make an appointment and collect your balloons at Ang Mo Kio or Aljunied. Please note that appointment slots are subject to availability. Contact us for more information.

Even better than deliveries, we do on-site set up. This ensures that balloons are kept fresh in their short lifespan. We also replace balloons on the spot should any burstage occur. On top of that, we do mild adjustments according to the venue. An example would be cutting the ribbons of helium balloons if the ceiling is short.

We promise service quality, without compromising on competitive pricing. Please be rest assured that all our performers are adequately trained with sufficient industry experience, able to manage and fulfill all events. We will deploy more staff if necessary, based on our sole discretion.

Should you like to specify the number of staff, do expect a price increase for the additional manpower. Let us know and we will help you with your request!

All bookings are subject to availability. We highly encourage for all clients to confirm your booking with a 50% deposit, at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance.

First, contact us and allow us to help you with your queries. Once you’re confident to proceed, all event details will be reviewed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and we’re ready to go!

A 50% non-refundable confirmation deposit must be made to Birthdays Pte Ltd, either by PayNow or Funds Fast Transfer to United Overseas Bank. We will provide you with the details for transfer. Please send us a copy of screenshot/photo of the deposit for verification. Upon receiving the deposit, We will send you a confirmation. 

The remaining balance due can be paid by cash, PayNow or Funds Fast Transfer on event date. 

No, the deposit is not refundable.
